Process & Lead Times

Thank you for choosing us to create something special for you. We truly appreciate it. Please read the below regarding our process and products:

 

1. Lead time

Our current turnaround is 1.5 weeks before dispatch. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. We do offer Rush orders, however this does incur a $20 rush fee, you can find this in most categories or by searching "rush order" and adding to your cart.

Non-website custom order turnaround varies, which we will discuss with you when you place your order. All of our products are made to order, whether they are personalised or generic, and they are made with a lot of love and care. Please keep this in mind when ordering. If you need something ASAP, please contact us and we will do our absolute best to organise this for you.

 

2. Delicate items

We source top quality material for our products, but a lot of them are fragile and/or have small pieces. Please take care when handling and hanging our products, and keep out of reach of children. Please do not hang anything above cots. Please ensure you take care inserting and removing cake toppers.

 

3. Payment

We ask that all orders are paid for before we begin the design and production process please.

 

4. Colours

In acrylic, we stock clear, white, grey, matte black, gloss black, baby pink, baby blue, eggshell blue, lilac, Tiffany blue, grape, red, yellow, green, mint, orange, all pastel colours, gold mirror, silver mirror, rose gold mirror (our rose gold is a pink tone), blue mirror and a range of glitters etc. If you are looking for a particular product colour please get in touch, as our supplier has a range of colours that we can source.

 

5. Refund policy

Due to our products being custom made, we do not offer refunds. If we have made an error (let's face it, human error happens!) or there is an issue with your item, please get in touch within 24 hours of receiving it and we will do our absolute best to help you and replace the item if necessary.

 

6. Pickups

Pickup locations are in Spring Farm & Castle Hill.
